Photo studio in Shoreditch – 520 sq ft blackout studio (W15ft x L36ft x H10ft) for hire with a minimum 3 hours session, including flash kits and continuous lights, one colour backdrop measuring approximately 2 metres on the floor (additional backdrops available at £15 per/colour).

*Our backdrop selection is white and black. We can order other coloursfor an extra £60 (We need at least 4 working days before the booking).
FACILITIES
- Communal toilet and sink are located on the ground floor.
- There is no wheelchair access to the basement (stairs only).
- Our entrance is a single door.
- You are welcome to bring lunch, snacks, and coffee.
- We do not provide catering services.
- The space has no partitions, so sounds from upstairs may be heard.
- A sound system is available, but please keep the volume moderate.
- Excessively noisy activities (e.g., instruments) are not allowed.
*We welcome all types of shoots. Please feel free to ask us if you have any concerns.

HOW TO HIRE
If you want to book our studio, you can contact us by using our contact form.
You can also contact us by text or phone or whatsapp. When accepted we will send you the payment link for the hire fee to you by email or text message. Your booking will be on our schedule when we can confirm your payment.
Cancellations will be accepted 4 days before the scheduled session’s start time and are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled session start time will be eligible for a 50% refund. If you need to reschedule your shooting within 3 days of the shooting date, there is no charge. However, if you would like to reschedule within 48 hours, you will lose 50% of your booking fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before their session will not receive any refund under any circumstances and are non-transferable.
Extra payments will be accepted by card payment, cash or Apple pay for an extended session or hired additional equipment.

1. BUTLER IN THE PEANUT FACTORY (B-PF) takes every reasonable effort to ensure the premises and equipment is deemed as suitable and safe for all users at all times.

The Client is fully responsible for their own actions and responsible for the children they are in the accompaniment of, and any damages or breakages to the property that incur as a result of the Clients action shall be the responsibility of the Client to pay or rectify as agreed with BUTLER IN THE PEANUT FACTORY (B-PF).
3. BUTLER IN THE PEANUT FACTORY (B-PF) does not take any responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal belongings within or outside the studio. Our sessions can involve some physical activity, which is undertaken at your own risk.
4. BUTLER IN THE PEANUT FACTORY (B-PF) expects Clients to advise of any special or medical requirements that are needed to make the Clients experience at the Studio more comfortable and accessible.
