Butler in the Peanut Factory Butler in the Peanut Factory (B-PF) is a 350 sq ft professional photographic studio available for hire in the historic Peanut Factory, located in Hackney Wick / Fish Island, East London E3. We needed a compact, private photo studio in London—neither too big nor too small. A cosy, relaxed space where we can fully immerse ourselves in our creations. So we decided to make one.

A 350 sqft studio space available for hire with a minimum 3-hour session, including flash kits or continuous lighting, one colour backdrop measuring approximately 2 metres on the floor (additional backdrops available at £15 per/colour), and the option to set up for either daylight or blackout conditions.

HOUR HIRE :

£28 per/hour (Minimum 3hrs)

DAY HIRE :

£200 per/day (9am-5pm, 8hrs)

HOW TO HIRE

BOOKINGS:

If you want to book our studio, you can contact us by contact form.
Even you can make a call or text us by phone or whatsapp. And your shooting will be eligible for us, and we will send you the payment link for the hire fee to your email or text message. Your booking will be on our schedule when we can confirm your payment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES:

Cancellations will be accepted 5 days before the scheduled session start time and are eligible for a 100% refund. The Cancellations are within 5 days of the scheduled session start time and are eligible for a 50% refund. If you need to reschedule your shooting within 7 days of the shooting date, there is no charge. However, if you would like to reschedule within 48 hours, you will lose 50% of your booking fee. Cancellations within the 48 hours before their session will not receive any refund under any circumstances and are non-transferable.

EXTRA PAYMENTS:

The extra payment will be accepted by card payment or cash inside the studio for an extended session or hired additional equipment.

*Card Payment will be accepted by : MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, V pay, Visa Electron, JCB, Diners Club, China Union Pay and Discover. The iZettle Reader accepts contactless card payments as well as NFC phones, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

NOTICE / PARKING:

*NOTICE for CAR-PARKING: Our site car parking space is NOT available now for landlord’s building construction company. Some street parkings are available, but it will be chargeable.

HEATH & SAFETY POLICY :

1. BUTLER IN THE PEANUT FACTORY (B-PF) takes every reasonable effort to ensure the premises and equipment is deemed as suitable and safe for all users at all times.

2. The Client is fully responsible for their own action and responsible for the children they are in the accompany of, and any damages or breakages to the property that incur as a result of the Clients action shall be the responsibility of the Client to pay or rectify as agreed with BUTLER IN THE PEANUT FACTORY (B-PF).

3. BUTLER IN THE PEANUT FACTORY (B-PF) does not take any responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal belongings within or outside the studio. Our sessions can involve some physical activity, which is undertaken at your own risk.

4. BUTLER IN THE PEANUT FACTORY (B-PF) expects Clients to advise of any special or medical requirements are needed to make the Clients experience at the Studio more comfortable and accessible.
