The sustainable pig leather project organized by JFW, in which KEIKO NISHIYAMA participated as a designer, had its collection image shot with the theme of the word “DOWRIES.” The word “DOWRIES” can mean qualities or abilities, but it also refers to the dowry, a social issue linked to the abuse of women in India. The clothing collection was designed and photographed under these contrasting meanings.
